The 15-year-old Russian figure-skating sensation facing a doping charge will have her fate decided at an expedited hearing Sunday.The international Court of Arbitration for Sport is expected to rule on Monday on whether Kamila Valieva can compete — less than 24 hours before the women’s individual event.Valieva won gold in team figure skating last week, when she landed the first quadruple jump by a woman in Olympic history. However, that medal ceremony was postponed after a December test came back positive for trimetazidine, a banned heart medication that can increase blood flow and endurance.
