Newly-released drone footage shows East waterways being treated in the aftermath of a devastating railroad derailment that released toxic chemicals into the streams and soil.It is unclear from the footage what the waterways are being treated with to mitigate the effects of vinyl chloride, a known carcinogen, as cleanup efforts continue in the eastern town. Alan Shaw, the CEO of rail company Norfolk Southern, said on Sunday he is in cleaning up the area.
