A notorious Ecuadorian gang leader was busted living in a lavish two-story jail cell that included its own living room and a flat-screen TV.Los Lobos leader Álvaro 'Palanqueta' Montaño enjoyed his stay at the Turi maximum-security prison in the southern city of Azuay by reconfiguring his living quarters with five rooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom.He slept in the comfort of a queen-sized bed in one of the rooms and kept up with his favorite programming by installing a flat screen television on a wall.
