A former Air National General claims he was fired because of his religion and Governor enabled the anti-Semitism he faced from his commanding officer. Retired Brig. Gen. Jeffrey Magram, who is Jewish, filed a lawsuit in Las Angeles on January 24 seeking $1,600,000 - alleging he faced harassment and was wrongfully terminated last year because of his religion.Magram says Major General Matthew Beevers discriminated and harassed him because of his Jewish faith and heritage, and that the state and governor were aware of Beevers anti-Semitism but did nothing to stop him.
