The family of young autistic boy who claims the child had a swastika carved into his back by fellow students earlier this year has filed suit against the school where it allegedly took place.The nonverbal teen and his mom, identified only as S.K. and C.K. in court papers, said was carried out at 's Clark High School in March, and claim the Clark County School District failed to protect the then 17-year-old.Not only that, the complaint demands the district pay an unspecified sum so the teen may attend an outside therapy program, as well as further reimbursement for the family for any expenses they suffered as a result.
