As Ryan Day watched one of his defensive stars, Jack Sawyer, become increasingly upset at planting a team flag in the middle of Ohio State's field, Buckeyes fans all said the same thing about the head coach's reaction. His reaction, or lack thereof, came after Michigan defeated then No 2 Ohio State 13-10 in one of the biggest rivalries in college football. The loss eliminated the Buckeyes from Big Ten title contention, and from a top-four seed in the College Football Playoff. The defeat may be so bad that Ohio State will have to go on the road to start the 12-team tournament.
