Heinrich Siemens, the man whose 13-year-old son, Ricky, crashed into a bus full of USW golfers in Andrews County Tuesday, killing the pair and seven others, was facing felony domestic aggravated assault charges and misdemeanor theft charges at the time of his death.
Court filings reveal that Siemens, 38, had a laundry list of criminal charges and convictions stemming back as far as 2004.
Records exclusively obtained by DailyMail.com from Gaines County, Texas, show the charges for the career criminal, which include a DUI, theft, driving on a suspended license, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and failure to stop and render aid, and threatening bodily injury against a family member, his wife.
