The father of a college golfer who was killed in a horrific crash along with eight other people in when a dad allowed his 13-year-old son to drive their pick up truck slammed the man for making the outrageous decision.
Gary Raines, who lost his daughter, Karisa, 21, on Tuesday, said Heinrich Siemens 'was guilty of not only stupidity and lunacy, but he was also guilty of child abuse,' when he allowed his son, Ricky, to drive the truck that slammed into a bus, killing the two of them and seven others from the University of the Southwest.
'That is the very picture of lunacy — to allow a 13-year-old behind the wheel of a pickup traveling down the road at 70 miles per hour at night,' Raines told the. 'That has got to be the zenith of lunacy.'
