A 27-year-old Italian mountaineer snapped a grinning selfie of himself in front of a glacier in the Dolomites in minutes before he was killed in an avalanche. Filippo Bari, who has a four-year-old son, sent the picture to his family with the message 'look where I am' just 20 minutes before a huge chunk of the Marmolada glacier broke off, sending an avalanche of ice, snow and rocks down the slope on Sunday. At least seven people were killed and five people are still missing - but hopes of finding the hikers alive are fading due to the sheer scale of the avalanche.
