Jack Teixera, the alleged Pentagon leaker and Air National Guardsman, was indicted by a federal grand jury in Massachusetts on Thursday and charged with six counts of willful retention and transmission of national defense information.Each of the charges calls for up to 10 years in prison, if convicted.
