The owner of a fishing boat whose crew managed to reel in a massive 619-pound blue marlin in a million-dollar competition, only to have their catch disqualified because the fish was 'mutilated', says the rules are outdated and should be revised. Ashley Bleau, who owns the vessel Sensation, battled with the marlin for six hours on Saturday as the crew attempted to tire the fish out and haul it aboard. But their efforts were all for nothing after they were excluded from winning $3.5million when judges ruled the fish had been 'mutilated' - specifically that damage to the fish had been caused by a shark.
