The owners of a beach house that has been left tilting at a precarious angle following a January tornado, are being sued by their neighbors after all three homes were deemed unfit to be lived in. The $1 million, three-storey Panama City Beach home now appears to be resting on the houses next door, but the owners are refusing to tear it down, according to a complaint filed earlier this month.Gene P. Stienecker and William Lawrence III who are both neighbors are unable to live in the homes, nor fix the 'extensive' damage caused by the property.
