Police officials have identified the two people who died and survivors of the plane crash that happened on a highway yesterday. A Bombardier Challenger 60 planeat 3.15pm on Friday afternoon - leaving two dead and three survivors. The Collier County Sheriff's Office has named Pilot Edward Daniel Murphy, 50, and second in command Ian Frederick Hofmann, 65, as victims of the crash.
