Ford motor company executive chairman and the United Auto Workers (UAW) union president sparred after the Ford leader insisted the strikes are hurting American companies.On Monday, Bill Ford, the great grandson of company founder Henry Ford, warned that nonunion foreign automakers are benefiting from the strikes and they are hurting the company's ability to compete against them.'Toyota, Honda, and the others are loving this strike because they know the longer it goes on the better it is for them. They will win, and all of us will lose,' said Ford.
