A former 911 dispatcher in has been charged with arson and accused of deliberately starting 24 fires, which he admitted to lighting 'to give the boys something to do'.James Bartels, 50, from Patriot, appeared in court in Columbus on Tuesday to face federal charges - which could see him sentenced to five years in prison.Bartels, an administrator at the Greenfield Township Volunteer Fire Department, was arrested earlier on Tuesday.
