Frank James, who has been accused of carrying out the worst attack on a New York subway system in years, is expected to plead guilty to terrorism charges in connection with the April shooting.James is said to have opened fire on a northbound N train in Sunset Park, Brooklyn, after deploying two smoke grenades shooting 10 people and injuring 23 on April 12.No one was killed in the incident, but the unprecedented attack shocked many in the city and set-off a 24-hour manhunt which led to James's arrest in Manhattan.
