Fraudster Anna Delvey 'wants to move away from' her image as a scammer

Fraudster Anna Sorokin, who shot to notoriety as the subject of series Inventing Anna, has revealed that she 'wants to move away from' her image as a scammer.

The Russian-born German, who's better known under her alias of Anna Delvey, moved to the US in 2013, where she befriended wealthy socialites before conning them out of some $275,000, under the promise she would transfer funds from .

She was charged with grand larceny and sentenced to four to 12 years in prison for her crimes in 2019.
