People in Generation Z have reported that they are now going to bed by 9pm so they can have a full nine hours of sleep. A bar in has also hopped on the nightly trend as they held their recent New Year's Eve countdown at 8pm so drinkers could get settled in bed by 11pm. Those between the ages of 18 to 35 have said that they have noticed a direct link between sleep and overall health when they get the proper amount of sleep at night.
