The family of anti-ICE protester Renee Nicole Good has hired the same law firm who represented George Floyd's loved ones as they explore launching a civil lawsuit over her death.
Chicago-based law firm Romanucci & Blandin has been retained by Good's wife, parents and four siblings after she was fatally shot by an ICE officer in Minneapolis on January 7.
Civil rights attorney Antonio M. Romanucci, a founding partner of the law firm, said in a statement to the Washington Post that he was taking on the case because, 'the community is not receiving transparency about this case'.
