Police removed a long rope and paint chips from the porch of suspected Gilgo Beach serial killer Rex Heuermann’s Massapequa Park home.Crews wearing gloves and face masks were seen standing on folding chairs collecting paint chips from underneath the porch rafters on Thursday afternoon - on day four of the search that started on Monday when officials raided Heuermann’s home for a second time.Suffolk County District Attorney Ray Tierney arrived at the home Thursday afternoon around 3.40pm. He went inside the property, and approximately 20 minutes later emerged and left. He did not speak to any news crews standing nearby.
