The Gilgo Beach serial killer suspect hired petite women who looked like his alleged victims at his architecture firm, an ex-worker has claimed.The staffer, who only revealed his name as 'Eric', claimed Rex Heuermann would get the women to do menial tasks such as making coffee and moving his car.He claimed the 6ft 4in, 59-year-old murder suspect would try to demean them around the office and that he had a 'fascination' with them.
