An Airbnb guest, known as LuInAlaska Matchmaker & Mentor on X, shared her recent interaction with a host online, who sent her a list of chores to complete before checking out a beach home.

Guest sent list of chores from Airbnb host after spending thousands

An guest was sent a bold list of demands from a rental host after she was charged more than $1,300 for a two night stay and cleaning fee.

On June 13, the guest, known as Lu, posted the text message she received from the host just hours before she and her family had to check out of the home.

In the message, sent to Lu at 8:59am, the host asked the mother-of-six to follow a lengthy list of 'departure instructions', before she, her husband and the two children who were with them had to vacate the home by 11am.
