Former President is hoping to push back his sentencing in the hush money case until after the November election, but there is the possibility if that does not happen, the ex-president could spend election night behind bars.
The Republican presidential nominee was convicted by a Manhattan jury of 34 counts of falsifying business records in May. Sentencing is scheduled for September 18, after it was delayed following a ruling.
