A sub-culture of so-called 'Dumpster Divers' is emerging as shoppers flock to stores which offer goods from Amazon and for as little as $1.Dozens of 'bin stores' are cropping up across the US and sell products which have been returned to major retailers to give them a second lease of life. According to figures from the National Retail Federation (NRF), Americans returned $816 billion in merchandise last year. Bin store owners buy up products that cannot be resold by the pallet-load and sell them off for rock-bottom prices.
