A woman who lives in the South Pole has opened up about what life in one of the coldest areas in the entire world is really like - from handling the treacherous -122°F temperatures to spending six months without any sunlight.Michelle Endo, 32, who is originally from San Francisco, moved to Antarctica last October to work as a 'hospitality manager' at the Amundsen-Scott Station.And while living in the most southern part of the world certainly comes with some perks - such as getting to see stunning views of the aurora australis and partake in a series of once-in-a-lifetime experiences - it also has its fair share of downsides, like having to endure extremely low temperatures and being 'isolated' in the dark for months on end.
