Despite leaders branding him a 'disaster' after the party's woeful midterm election results last week, 's supporters remain desperate for him to announce his plans to run for president again in 2024.

Trump has invited reporters to a 'Special Announcement' at his Mar-a-Lago club tomorrow at 9 p.m., with many expecting the former president to announce that he will enter the race for a second term in the Oval Office.

Some advisers have urged Trump to delay his planned announcement until after the December 6 runoff election in that to avoid turning the race into a referendum on him.
