In a special aired on ABC Thursday night, Truth and Lies: Jeffrey Epstein, several of Jeffrey Epstein’s accusers spoke about how they felt after his death last August. Epstein, a billionaire financier, was accused of molesting and sexually assaulting a multitude of underage girls. Though his death was ruled a suicide, due to mysterious circumstances surrounding Epstein’s death and the many powerful men he was associated with, many people question whether or not that’s true, including some of his alleged victims.
“My heart started racing,” Jena-Lisa Jones said, “and I was just like, ‘This has to be fake.’” Michelle Licata added, “There’s a lot of questions surrounding his death. I mean, are you kidding me?” And Maria Farmer, one of Epstein’s earliest known alleged victims, left no doubt about where she stands on Epstein’s death, saying, “Now they’ve made sure we never know everything. There’s no way that guy took his life.”
Chauntae Davies said she felt robbed.
“I was yearning for the moment to look him in the eye,” Davies said through tears. “I needed him to hear my words, and that justice has been robbed from me and from many others.”
