A private jet believed to be used by sanctioned Russian oligarch Roman Abramovich was bouncing around from Israel to Turkey on Monday, according to a report.A person with knowledge of the matter told Reuters that a jet used by Abramovich had arrived in Israel on Sunday. Tracking websites showed it landed from Moscow.Less than 24 hours later, the plane took off from Israel’s Ben Gurion Airport, bound for Istanbul, according to the flight-tracking website Radarbox.
