A South Carolina judge has order former chief of staff Mark Meadows to testify before a grand jury in a 2020 election meddling case. 'I am going to find that the witness is material and necessary to the investigation and that the state of Georgia is assuring not to cause undue hardship to him,' Judge Edward Miller said Wednesday morning at the end of a hearing. The case is being tried in South Carolina because Meadows now lives there and Atlanta-area prosecutors sought an order forcing his compliance with their subpoena.
