Jury scam victim reveals how he was conned out of $2K

When Dave King's wife Sarah told him that the police had called and said there was a warrant out for her arrest, his first instinct was that it was a scam.

Sarah said there was an officer on the phone, and she was being threatened with arrest for missing jury duty - and the only way out was to pay a hefty fine.

But during a two-hour ordeal which involved him speaking to a 'sergeant' who was able to recite countless details, including addresses and case file numbers, the criminals were able to convince Dave to transfer $2,000 directly into their bank account.
