Addressing an audience at a housing announcement in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, on Tuesday, said the number of temporary foreign workers coming into Canada has increased at a rate 'far beyond what Canada has been able to absorb'. The prime minister, known for his liberal stance on immigration, said the number of temporary migrants in Canada more than tripled in the last seven years, and must be 'brought under control'.
