A restaurateur who murdered his wife has admitted to boiling her body and pouring her liquified remains down his old restaurant's grease trap.
David Viens, 60, made the startling confession during a September parole hearing, 12 years after being sentenced to for the second-degree murder of his wife, Dawn.
'I loved my wife,' the SoCal restaurateur said in court during his 2013 trial. 'I didn't cook my wife.' But he has since admitted that he did indeed 'boil' Dawn before flushing her remains down the drain of his old eatery. He did so in an unsuccessful attempt to win his freedom.
