King Felipe VI of cut a sharp figure in full military dress at an official occasion in Madrid today. The King wore a khaki uniform and a royal blue beret, which is associated with Spain's Army Airmobile Force, to attend a pledge of allegiance ceremony. As the Commander-in-chief of all the Spanish armies — Land, Navy and Air Force — King Felipe, 55, wore a red sash around his waist, representing the highest military rank.
