A former county clerk who refused to issue marriage licenses to same-sex couples has been ordered to pay $260,000 in fees and expenses for attorneys who represented one couple who successfully sued her. Kim Davis will have to pay those expenses as well $100,000 in damages after a jury . Attorneys for Davis had argued that the fees and costs sought by the attorneys of David Ermold and David Moore were excessive.
