A New York judge ordered socialite Libbie Mugrabi to fork over $1.8 million in unpaid rent and utilities on a lavish Upper East Side condo she once lived in. Mugrabi, 43, was that claimed she stopped paying her $28,000 a month rent on the East 82nd Street apartment during the pandemic. On Wednesday Manhattan Justice Debra James granted the property's landlord a $1,815,238 judgment which includes taxes, court papers show.
