Senator Lindsey Graham has said a no-fly zone should be enforced in Ukraine. Speaking on Fox News, Graham suggested President Biden's response to the Russian invasion had been weak.

Lindsey Graham claims Putin owns Biden. urges no-fly Zone in Ukraine

lashed out at President 's response to the war in Ukraine on Monday night, saying he had been 'weak' and that Russian President Vladimir Putin 'owns Biden' after he decided to forgo allowing Ukraine to use Poland's supply of MiG fighter jets in the war.

The senator from South Carolina appeared on Sean Hannity's show on on Monday night as he attempted to analyze the current state of play of the invasion. He suggested Biden needed to be 'clearer' in explaining to Putin the consequences of using chemical or nuclear weapons against the Ukrainian people.

Earlier this month, Poland offered its 28 MiG-29s to Ukraine, but said it would hand them over to U.S. custody at Ramstein Air Base, in Germany, for delivery.
