A who killed five co-workers and injured eight others during a rampage at a bank claimed he was motivated by lax and wanted to spur politicians into action, a new police report has revealed.Connor Sturgeon, 25, bought an AR-15 and stormed the Old National Bank where he used to work on April 10, 2023. The fatalities were , and four other bank employees, Joshua Barrick, 40, Juliana Farmer, 45, Deana Eckert, 57, and James Tutt, 64.In his personal writings revealed in the new police report, the shooter said: 'I have decided to make an impact. These people did not deserve to die, but because I was depressed and able to buy [guns], they are gone,' Sturgeon wrote just six days before opening fire.
