A £65,000-a-year engineer who was caught drinking beer on a work Zoom call told his boss to 'deal with it', an employment tribunal heard.Doug Andersen made the defiant remark to his company's chief operating officer when he was called out for boozing during the virtual meeting.The privately educated development engineer then failed to contribute to the meeting, laughed 'cynically' during it, and eventually switched off his camera, the tribunal heard.
