An man was tasered and cuffed by police while telling them he 'loved' them after speeding away twice, claiming he had to pick up his wife and kids from the zoo. Joseph Solinger, 36, of Pataskala - right outside of Columbus - was caught in traffic around 2pm on April 15 after an accident on State Route 750, right outside of the Columbus Zoo. As other drivers drove on the edge of the road to give officers space to work, Solinger drove quickly down the left lane after doing a U-turn right past the zoo's exit, prompting an officer to stop him. Bodycam footage shows Solinger driving a white Jeep Wrangler as the officer yells: 'What are you doing? Pull over, stop.'
