An ultra-elite prep school is issuing $89 million of its own bonds to preserve its students 'unique' dining experience.And while Wall Street might think lunch is for wimps, Deerfield Academy north of Springfield is hoping its hungry investors will help renovate its dining hall.The school, which boasts alumni as billionaire David H Koch and King Abdullah II of Jordan, says its new facility will 'support the Academy's traditional sit-down meal experience, which is unique in this day and age.'
