Attorney General washed his hands of the plea deal when asked Wednesday about Republican complaints that it represented a two-tiered system of justice. Garland appeared at a press conference in Stockholm, Sweden that concluded the E.U.-U.S. Ministerial Meeting on Justice and Home Affairs conference he was attending.
