A prominent Miami hotel and state regulators have reached a settlement in a legal dispute regarding the hosting of a booze-fueled drag show for children.The Hyatt Regency Miami has agreed to pay a $5,000 fine and prohibit minors from attending similar shows, months after Florida's Department of Business and Professional Regulations.The settlement announced on Wednesday says the James L. Knight Center, an auditorium affiliated with the hotel, will now bar minors from attending any performance that 'contains, depicts, or simulates' sexual activity.
