Michael Phelps hits out at Team USA's poor men's swimming performance

American swimming icon couldn't help but be disappointed at the worst United States men's Olympic performance in nearly seven decades.

The US men's swim team only managed a single individual gold medal when Bobby Finke swam to a victory in the 1500m freestyle.

But the US men only managed five other individual medals - two silver and three bronze - in one of their worst overall performances at an Olympic games.
