One of the migrants in Times Square has appeared in court after being indicted by a grand jury.Yarwuin Madris became the seventh suspect arrested in Manhattan on Tuesday evening in connection with the vicious attack on January 27.He appeared in New York State on Wednesday where he was arraigned on charges of second degree assault. Madris, dressed in a black coat, spoke only to enter a plea of not guilty and listened to the proceedings through a Spanish interpreter.
