Missouri girl killed after car wreck caused by pothile

An 8-year-old girl died Thursday after she was involved in a car crash that local officials have since blamed on a massive pothole.

The crash took place late Monday afternoon when the car Tiler Dildine was riding in slid across a median in City after the driver overcorrected after hitting the pothole and hit a Ford F-150 truck.

Dildine's family said that she'd been hit broadside in the wreck and was immediately hospitalized following the crash, which injured two others, including her mother.
