MLB star reveals health scare after being bitten by venomous animal

Texas star Patrick Corbin almost missed their win over the in bizarre circumstances on Wednesday night after being bitten by an unknown venomous animal.

After earning his first victory of the season, Corbin opened up on the terrifying health scare which had left him struggling to walk two days before his start against the Angels at Globe Life Field.

The left-hander revealed Texas medical staff told him he had 'venom' in his foot from an apparent bite, despite not knowing which animal could have caused it.
