The Mormon mom-of-three and grief book author Kouri Richins accused of killing her husband by spiking his Mule with a lethal mix of vodka and fentanyl, will not face the death penalty, if convicted.Richins, 33, who allegedly poisoned her millionaire businessman husband Eric Richins, 39, in their home near Park City in March 2022 and then went onto publish a picture book on grief to help her children cope with the loss, will be spared the possibility of an execution.The victim's sisters and father reached the decision on Friday after Summit County prosecutors said it was made in 'careful consultation.' The notice was filed in Utah's 3rd District Court, reported.
