The woman who served up a poisonous mushroom lunch that left three people dead was previously convicted over a crash that saw her speed in an unregistered vehicle and flee the scene. Erin Patterson, 48, lost her licence for 30 months in 2004 and was fined $1,000 for crashing her vehicle in the eastern suburb of Glen Waverley and for subsequent offences, reported.Ms Patterson, who was then 29-year-old Erin Trudi Scutter, was convicted of five charges in the Dandenong Magistrates Court on September 7, 2004, the newspaper reported.
