The woman who served up a poisonous mushroom lunch that left three people dead was previously convicted of a drink driving spree that saw her crash a speeding unregistered vehicle and flee the scene. Erin Patterson, 48, lost her licence for 30 months in 2004 and was fined $1,000 for drunkenly crashing her vehicle in the eastern suburb of Glen Waverley and for subsequent offences, reported.She reportedly submitted a breath test within three hours of the crash and posted a blood alcohol reading of 0.14 per cent - more than twice the legal limit.
