An investigation has been launched into video showing a group of Navy SEAL recruits being blanketed with tear gas for over a minute.The admiral triggered the probe after the footage emerged of young hopefuls being smothered in the substance during selection on San Clemente Island in California.He said he was looking into any 'lawfulness of the behavior' in the clip that also saw the youngsters forced to sing Happy Birthday so they could not hold their breath.
